Обекта представлява Складова База за Работно облекло и Шоурум. 

The building is divided to  two sub-projects (Sub-project 1 – Warehouse with SHOWROOM and Sub-project 2 (representing an extension of sub-project 1) – Warehouse with Furniture Store). Sub-project 1 is a warehouse facility consisting of three large warehouses with a total area of 3366.58 m².², separately with a separate administrative section developed on two floors and housing a showroom, offices, changing rooms with toilets, and a technical room.

Sub-project 2  It is an extension to the warehouse base for workwear and consists of three large warehouses together with a furniture store with a floor area of 421.98 m².².
