DNArchStudio offers research and architectural consulting services related to the purchase of real estate, as well as the possibility of construction on it. Consultations include a review of old permits, documents, and construction records. (if there are existing buildings on the property). We offer calculation of the permissible maximum built-up area. At the client's request, we can also carry out preliminary studies with building plans and sample layouts, etc.
