DNArch Studio offers research and consulting services regarding the purchase of real estate, as well as the possibility of construction in it. The consultations include a review of old permits, documents and construction documents (if there are existing buildings in the property). We offer calculation of admissible, maximum unfolded built-up area. On request, we can also make feasibility studies with building schemes and sample distributions.
